Privacy Policy: Your contact information -- Name, address, Phone, E-mail and any other information will be held strictly confidential, and will never be sold or given to a third party.

Credit Card Processing: Our credit card processing system is a secure online payment-processing system. All of our customer’s information is encrypted using 40 - or 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology. When the authorization process is complete -- this takes around five seconds – you the customer receives an approval or decline response.


Shipping: We offer all Shipping services including FedEx, UPS,  USPS Priority Mail shipping in the Cont. U.S. 
Our minimum shipping charge on orders under $100.0 is $4.95 over $100.00 -$199.00 is $5.95. Order over $199.00 shipping is free in the Continental UNITED STATES  only. We reserve the right to select shipping methods unless other arrangement have been.

Product Quality: We do not offer any Refurbished, Seconds or Remanufactured Products Either in our store or on any of our web sites. We sell only first quality items backed with full Manufacturer  warranty. 

Orders or Requests for Quotes

RETURNS and Refused Deliveries : Returns, Cancelled orders and refunds may  be subject to a  processing fee of 5.5%. Refused Deliveries, opened and or customer damaged original  packaged items  may be subject to 15% restocking fee and  processing fees unless other arrangements have been made. All  merchandise must be in in the ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED packaging and is resalable. Products cannot be returned without the original UPC product bar codes on the original packaging. All returns must have prior authorization from us. Customer is responsible for ALL  shipping charges on returned items  unless other arrangement have been made. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN  RA#  WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ANY RETURNS WITH OUT AN RA# MAY BE REFUSED. If you return Product to us  without a RMA from us or  beyond the return period, or  without proper packaging, we retain the right to refuse delivery of such return. Note that for the safety of our employees, we do not open shipping cartons where the RMA number is not clearly visible on the outside of the carton. We will in general refuse delivery and the carrier will return the Product to you 

REFUNDS : We will gladly refund your money within 8 days of purchase for any products purchased less shipping and any other costs that may have incurred. Providing the merchandise is in the ORIGINAL packaging and is resalable. All returns must have prior authorization from us. Products cannot be returned without the original UPC product bar codes on the original packaging. Customer will be  responsible all  shipping charges to and from all destinations unless other arrangement have been made. Cancelled orders and non authorized returns may be subject to a 15% processing charge including purchases and refunds  unless other arrangement have been made.
A  COPY of the Transaction must be included with returns  unless other arrangement have been made. ALL REFUNDS MUST HAVE AN  RA#  WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# MAY BE REFUSED. ANY RETURNS WITH POSTAGE DUE FOR ANY REASON WILL BE REFUSED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Product Warranties: All warranty service for original customers is provided by Crawford Cycle & Marine Supply or the manufacturer of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage,  that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage due to mishandling, dropping,  or any acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Any products sent out under warranty on  open account and not returned within 15 days are subject to charges to your credit card. Upon receiving  products after 15 days  there may  be a 5% reprocessing fee.

International Orders: Orders will only be shipped inside the U.S., its possessions and/or territories, and Canada. Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes.
 All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders sent to addresses outside the U.S. may be shipped via USPS  insured freight.  Any and all transactions must be made in U.S. funds only. 

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crawford Cycle & Marine Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Crawford Cycle & Marine Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Crawford Cycle & Marine Supply. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our own discretion, including, and without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Crawford Cycle & Marine Supply and its affiliates.
